Phobias traveled cross country with Galerie Fledermaus and made a showing at the amazing LA Modern + Contemporary Art show at the LA Convention Center the second week of January. I was able to trek out there for a few days while visiting some friends and soaking up some sun on Venice Beach. I also got to meet a few new faces and some familiar ones that I have been online acquaintances with for some time now, like the wonderful and talented Julian Lennon who came to visit me and scope out the show, award winning Italian composer Ivan Iusco who composed an original soundtrack to accompany the debut of my solo show with Phobias last May as well as meeting Matthew Modine who was exhibiting his photography series with Axium Gallery. Was a great opportunity to meet collectors, galleries and other amazing artists – and happily sell some pieces to boot 🙂
